These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nawó mobile application, the Nawó for Business dashboard, and related services (together, the “Services”) provided by Nawó Technologies (“Nawó”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Nawó.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and complete identity verification (KYC) before transacting.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Wallets, Funding & Spraying
- Your Nawó wallet lets you fund, spray (send), receive, and withdraw money. Funding and payouts are processed through licensed third-party payment providers.
- Sprays are instant transfers to the beneficiary you select. Once confirmed, a spray cannot be reversed — please double-check the beneficiary and amount before you swipe.
- Transaction limits may apply based on your verification level and applicable regulations.
3. Fees
Any applicable processing or withdrawal fees are displayed to you in the app before you confirm a transaction. We may update fees from time to time; changes apply only to transactions made after the change.
4. Events & Leaderboards
- Joining an event via its QR code links your sprays at that event to its live leaderboard, which is visible to other attendees.
- Leaderboard rankings reflect spray activity and are provided for entertainment. We may remove activity that we determine to be fraudulent or manipulated.
5. Nawó for Business
- Venues and event organizers using Nawó for Business must register a valid business, complete business verification, and designate a settlement bank account.
- Revenue share terms are agreed during onboarding. Settlements are made on a T+1 basis with an itemized transaction report.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Launder money, finance illegal activity, or transact on behalf of an unverified third party;
- Harass others, manipulate leaderboards, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, and where required, report activity to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
The Nawó name, logo, app, and content are owned by Nawó Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nawó is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (including downtime of third-party payment providers). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
